  • We operate inside your own Google Ads account under our manager (MCC) account, with your explicit authorization.
  • Google Ads data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is used solely to manage and report on your campaigns.
  • We never sell or rent client data or Google-derived data, and we never use it for unrelated purposes.
  • No patient PHI is sent to Google — only conversion events and their values flow back as offline conversions.
  • You can revoke our access at any time and request deletion of your data. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Do you manage ads in my own Google Ads account?
Yes. Campaigns run in your own Google Ads account, which we manage under our manager (MCC) account with your authorization. You keep full ownership of the account, the spend, and the history — you can remove our access at any time.
Is PeerDent affiliated with or endorsed by Google?
No. PeerDent is an independent advertising-management provider. We build on the Google Ads API and follow Google's policies, but we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Google Ads and Google are trademarks of Google LLC.
What Google data does PeerDent access, and how is it used?
We access campaign and account settings, performance metrics (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions), keyword and search-term reports, and conversion data — strictly to build, manage, optimize, and report on your campaigns. How do you measure return on ad spend?
On real treatment value, not clicks. When a lead books and is treated in your practice management system, PeerDent uploads that as an offline conversion with its value, so reporting and Google's bidding both optimize to revenue.
Do you ever send patient health information to Google?
No. Protected health information stays inside PeerDent and your practice management system. Only conversion events and their dollar values are sent to Google as offline conversions — never clinical or patient-identifying health data.
Will my budget be protected from overspend?
Yes. You set daily and monthly budget caps and the platform enforces them server-side. The AI optimizes within those limits and flags anything unusual for review.
Can I cancel or revoke access?
Anytime. You can revoke PeerDent's access to your Google Ads account from your Google account, and request deletion of your data per our Privacy Policy.
