Services
PeerDent provides AI-powered Google Ads management, a dental practice operations platform, and consulting and marketing services. Specific service terms, deliverables, budgets, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements between PeerDent and each client. This website does not by itself constitute a binding service agreement. Where a separate signed agreement exists, that agreement governs in the event of a conflict with these Terms.
Advertising Management Services
When you engage PeerDent to manage your advertising, you authorize us to create, modify, optimize, pause, and report on advertising campaigns on your behalf, within the budgets and parameters you approve. You acknowledge that:
- Advertising runs in your own advertising accounts (for example, your Google Ads account), which you own and control; PeerDent manages them under our manager account with your authorization.
- You are responsible for advertising spend billed by the advertising platform directly to your payment method, unless your service agreement states otherwise.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the products, services, offers, and claims you ask us to advertise, and for compliance with applicable healthcare-advertising rules.
- Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control; we do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volume, conversions, or financial outcomes.
- You may pause or terminate advertising management as set out in your service agreement, and you may revoke our access to your accounts at any time.
Google Ads API & Third-Party Platforms
PeerDent's advertising tools are built on the Google Ads API and connect to third-party platforms (such as Google Ads and Google Analytics) that have their own terms. By engaging our advertising-management services, you agree that:
- You authorize PeerDent to access and manage your Google Ads account through the Google Ads API on your behalf;
- Your use of Google Ads and related Google services is also subject to Google's own terms and policies, and you agree to comply with them;
- PeerDent will use Google APIs in accordance with the Google Ads API Terms & Conditions, Google Ads policies, and the Google API Services User Data Policy (including its Limited Use requirements), as described in our Privacy Policy;
- PeerDent is an independent provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Google Ads, Google, and the Google Ads API are trademarks of Google LLC; and
- Third-party platforms may change, suspend, or discontinue their services or APIs, which may affect our services; we are not liable for such third-party changes.
Platform & Acceptable Use
Access to the PeerDent platform is licensed, not sold, and is limited to authorized users of a subscribing practice. You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting to breach security, access data you are not authorized to access, reverse engineer the service, or use it to violate any law or any third party's rights. Data you process in the platform on behalf of patients must be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and healthcare laws; our handling of that data is described in our Privacy Policy.
No Guarantees
While we work to improve your practice's performance, no specific financial or marketing outcomes are guaranteed. Results depend on many factors including market conditions, competition, practice operations, advertising budgets, and implementation of recommendations.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website and in the platform — including text, design, logos, software, and software descriptions — is the property of PeerDent Solutions and may not be reproduced without written permission. Third-party trademarks (including Google Ads) are the property of their respective owners.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By opting in to PeerDent Suite SMS notifications, you agree to the following terms:
Program Description
PeerDent Suite sends recurring automated SMS text messages to opted-in employees of dental practices using our platform. Messages include operational alerts, scheduling reminders, shift notifications, and account notifications.
Consent & Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent checkbox during account setup or in your profile settings, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated work-related text messages from PeerDent Suite. Consent is not required as a condition of employment, purchase, or use of any PeerDent service. You may use PeerDent Suite without opting in to SMS notifications.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on workplace activity, schedule changes, and account events.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from PeerDent Suite. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation: "You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe." You may also opt out through your profile settings in the PeerDent Suite application.
Help
Reply HELP to any message for assistance. You will receive: "Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Msg&Data Rates May Apply." You may also email Dilan@peerdent.com for support.
Supported Carriers
SMS messaging is supported on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your phone number and SMS consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
Limitation of Liability
PeerDent is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, the platform, or our services, including advertising spend, lost profits, or lost data. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid to PeerDent for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold PeerDent harmless from claims arising out of the content you ask us to advertise, your use of the services in violation of these Terms or applicable law, or your violation of any third-party rights or platform terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date, and your continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
