We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information you provide. Our platform infrastructure is hosted on AWS with encryption at rest and in transit.

PeerDent Suite offers SMS text messaging notifications to employees of dental practices that use our platform. These messages include operational alerts, scheduling reminders, shift notifications, and account notifications.
Employees opt in to receive SMS notifications from PeerDent Suite during account setup or through their internal profile/settings page within the PeerDent Suite application. On the opt-in form, employees enter their mobile phone number and must affirmatively check an unchecked consent checkbox agreeing to receive recurring work-related text messages from PeerDent Suite. The consent checkbox includes the following language:
"I agree to receive recurring automated work-related text messages from PeerDent Suite, including operational alerts, scheduling reminders, and account notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of employment or purchase. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance."

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from PeerDent Suite. You will receive a confirmation message: "You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe." You may also opt out through your profile settings within the PeerDent Suite application.
Reply HELP to any message for assistance. You will receive: "Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Msg&Data Rates May Apply." You may also contact us at Dilan@peerdent.com for support.
We maintain records of each employee's opt-in consent, including the consent language displayed, the timestamp of consent, and the phone number provided.
We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or SMS consent data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS messaging are used solely for delivering PeerDent Suite notifications.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
